18. SpongeBob SquarePants
SpongeBob SquarePants is a sea sponge who first appeared in the same name animated series in 1999. Stephen Hillenburg created this childish cartoon character.
19. Scrooge McDuck
Scrooge McDuck is a rich Scottish duck. This cartoon character created by Carl Barks. Some of you also know him as Donald Duck’s uncle. If you want to see him in action, you can watch ‘DuckTales’ animated series.
